Promoting public-private partnerships

Our PPP program aims to empower local government officials in developing countries to define country-specific strategies that accelerate the deployment of sustainable electricity technologies. Through regional high-level conferences and one-on-one interviews with PPP experts, we provide a unique platform to share best practices and recommendations on how to successfully implement PPPs and identify viable solutions that support national economic and environmental goals.

Our PPP program builds on the conclusions of our completed regional conferences and on the findings of two global surveys we conducted that identified the pillars of successful PPPs and international best practices. Completed in 2011 and 2012 , these surveys include insights from 119 national and international public and private sector stakeholders.
